This is a wonderful way to discover gentle methods that will help you find pliability, peace and wisdom with changes that are happening around you and also internally - with your health, life direction and relationships. Understanding change and learning to dance with it leads to less stress, healing and skillful decisions.

Cost: $60 for any four evenings over these two months (or if you are home this summer, save and sign up for all eight sessions for $105)

· As well as bringing a dish for our potluck dinner, please bring a guest, a new person and introduce them to the Centre and our community.

· Begin a Compassion Journal now, then bring it with you and share your most meaningful entries at our dinner.

Indulge yourself in a sampling of natural self-healing methods and restful meditations. Feel empowered to transform your response to challenging situations in relationships, especially ones that tend to repeat themselves time and again. Strengthen positive qualities that bring about acceptance and kindness towards yourself and others. Draw on the power of your mind to reduce or eliminate physical and mental pain. These simple yet extremely effective meditations are practical to use every day to help you find peace and clarity as life changes. An insightful opportunity for beginners, and a deepening for those experienced in meditation.
