Burlington, Ontario L7T 2C6

The Tibetan Buddhist tradition of lam rim, meaning the stages of the path to enlightenment, organizes all of the teachings of the Buddha into a logical, practical order that shows us where to start and how to progress on the spiritual path. It is a path of study, contemplation and meditation that leads us from the chaos of our everyday lives to the pinnacle of our spiritual potential, and is useful for Buddhists and non-Buddhists alike. The Friday night talk will provide a spiritual and philosophical foundation for entering this path and finding peace and meaning in our lives. Saturday and Sunday will combine teaching, discussion, mindfulness techniques and meditation to develop our basis for contemplation and ignite our practice.
